Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Region Manager to lead and grow a multi-branch region within the South Central Division. You will develop a high-performance team, drive sales, deliver top-tier pest management services, and meet profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• 5-7 years: multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5-7 years: P&L responsibility and expense control strategies.
• 5-7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience.
• 5-7 years: Experience with P&L management and business processes.
• 5-7 years: Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5-7 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth.
• 5-7 years: Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional leadership after training.
• Manage multiple branch offices to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies for vehicles.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and coach Branch Managers.
• Drive sales initiatives across branches.
• Identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on hiring, promotions and succession.
• Promote positive employee relations and uphold standards.
• Maintain technical knowledge in pest and operational management.
• Travel to branch offices up to 80% of the time.
• Relocate within the division geography as required.
