Orkin is seeking a Region Sales Manager to lead and motivate multiple branch sales teams, driving new revenue sources across the region. You will collaborate with Region Staff and Branch Management to execute strategies, coach teams, and expand the business footprint.

Responsabilidades

• Works closely with the Region Manager to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Manages sales activities and implements strategy for multiple branches.
• Provides strategic focus and planning to develop and retain business.
• Coaches field staff to increase sales and performance.
• Monitors performance of sales teams and reallocates resources for better results.
• Meets and exceeds sales targets through growth of new accounts.
• Participates in recruitment, selection and training of regional sales staff.
• Performs field evaluations and ensures adherence to programs and guidelines.
