Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Division Sales Manager to lead and motivate multiple branch sales teams across the South Central division. You will drive new revenue, coach field teams, and collaborate with division, region and branch management to exceed sales goals.

The role requires travel within the division (about 75%), a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain pesticide licenses. You will participate in a comprehensive training program and enjoy a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel within the Division approximately 75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with division and region staff to achieve company goals and metrics.
• Direct multi-unit branch sales teams to achieve assigned sales performance goals.
• Train sales teams on sales tools and identifying opportunities.
• Coach, audit, and develop sales staff and leadership capabilities.
• Recruit, select, and retain sales staff; drive customer service and retention.
