Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after training.
• Develop leadership in others through coaching and training.
• Deliver top-notch customer retention and service.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor daily activities for results.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales, service and customer staff.
