CorVel Corporation in the United States is seeking a Regional Vice President to execute the strategic goals and drive revenue growth for the assigned region. The role is highly visible, requiring prioritization, multi-tasking, and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

You will lead managers, hire and develop staff, ensure 1:1 meetings, performance, and alignment with CorVel mission.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in a complex healthcare org with project management experience.
• MBA preferred and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Significant industry experience and superb communication with stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed market profit and revenue goals annually.
• Ultimate responsibility for regional performance and leading department staff to achieve goals.
• Hire, mentor and lead profit center managers.
• Ensure highest level of customer service; conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
• Set regional objectives and establish policy to ensure compliance with best practices and client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and leverage existing efficiencies.
