Job summary

Velociti Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee all service delivery, P&L, and strategic initiatives across the region. This executive will drive operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction while guiding regional teams.

You will shape regional growth, manage budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with sales and finance to expand services and revenue. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations.
• Experience in facilities services, janitorial, maintenance, or related industries.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all operational services within the assigned region.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional management teams, fostering accountability and performance.
• Establish and maintain operational standards and quality assurance programs across accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive operational success.
