Reporting to the COO, you’ll align regional priorities with company goals and lead cross-disciplinary teams across delivery and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline required.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience with leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive results.
• Strong understanding of business development, project delivery, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and growth of a region in line with the company plan.
• Develop and lead teams in pursuing opportunities and delivering regional work; manage budgets.
• Provide guidance for pursuits, proposals, scopes, pricing, budgets, and metrics.
• Build strategic client relationships and promote cross-selling of services.
• Be accountable for profitable regional performance and compliance with policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop regional talent; succession planning.
