Job summary

CorVel Corporation seeks an executive leader to drive the liability claims business, setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and guiding growth across customer and market initiatives.

The Senior Vice President will oversee Liability Claim Hubs, work with Product, Sales, Finance, IT, and HR, and represent CorVel with customers and industry partners. This remote role reports to Risk Management leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of liability claims administration and the regulatory environment governing claims operations.
• Strong understanding of the insurance carrier and TPA marketplace and the needs of carriers, brokers, self-insureds, and loss-sensitive customers.
• Demonstrated success leading complex claims organizations and large-scale operational teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute short- and long-term strategies for liability services to support growth and market position.
• Lead Liability Claim Hubs and drive revenue growth, profitability, and service excellence.
• Oversee P&L, workforce planning, and operating standards to ensure high performance.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Product and IT to strengthen liability capabilities and differentiation.
• Represent CorVel in customer meetings and industry events.
