Job summary

Velociti Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead all regional service delivery, financial performance, and strategic growth. This senior role oversees multiple sites, ensuring client satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence across the territory.

The position requires extensive leadership experience, P&L accountability, and the ability to drive revenue expansion while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business/operations.
• Progressive leadership experience in operations and facilities services preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all operational services within the assigned region.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility including revenue growth and expense control.
• Build and maintain client relationships; conduct business reviews and growth initiatives.
• Lead regional management teams and drive safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Develop regional strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth targets.
