Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Growth Lead to own consumer subscriber growth across multiple states, including North Carolina. You will drive growth through partnerships, field marketing, and local campaigns while scaling Starlink adoption.

The role requires execution focus, comfort working independently in the field, and experience in business development, sales, or operations within consumer tech or telecom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Starlink growth strategy and execution for DE, DC, KY, MD, NC, SC, TN, VA, and WV.
• Serve as local market owner for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance.
• Execute BD strategies to expand Starlink presence regionally.
• Identify new acquisition channels with ISPs, affiliates, retailers, utilities, and community orgs.
• Drive deals from opportunity ID to partner launch.
• Lead local marketing, field events, and grassroots campaigns.
• Collect feedback to influence pricing and GTM approaches.
• Track subscriber growth, partner productivity, and ROI.
