Job summary

SpaceX’s Starlink Growth Lead for the US Northeast will own consumer subscriber growth and regional market expansion. You will oversee awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance while building scalable growth engines and leading field marketing and community initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a track record in business development and growth within consumer tech, telecom, or subscription services, with strong execution and independent working capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Experience in consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription services.

Responsibilities

• Own Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth strategy for the US Northeast.
• Be the local market owner for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance.
• Execute business development strategies to expand Starlink’s presence in the region.
• Identify and build new customer acquisition channels with ISPs, affiliates, utilities, retailers, and partners.
• Drive deal execution from opportunity identification through commercial launch.
• Represent Starlink in discussions with partners and community stakeholders.
• Lead local marketing, field marketing, events, trade shows, and retail activations.
• Build Starlink’s brand visibility throughout the region.
• Gather customer and partner feedback to influence product and pricing.
• Track subscriber acquisition performance, partner productivity, ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, operations, engineering, and finance.
• Develop pilots and growth experiments to identify high-performing channels.
