Job summary

SpaceX in Colorado and New Mexico is seeking a Starlink Growth Lead to own local subscriber acquisition and growth initiatives. You will build strategies with partners, field marketing, and events to expand rural broadband access.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and the ability to operate independently across the region, reporting to the Growth Team. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Experience in consumer technology or subscription services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Starlink’s growth strategy for Colorado and New Mexico; drive subscriber growth.
• Lead local partnerships, awareness, acquisition, and performance in the region.
• Develop and execute field marketing, community events, and channel partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, operations, and finance to scale programs.
