Job summary

SpaceX’s Starlink Growth Lead for the US South is responsible for consumer subscriber growth across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. You will own local strategies, partnerships, and field marketing to expand broadband access and drive adoption in the region.

The role requires an execution-focused operator with experience in growth, partnerships, and sales within consumer tech or subscription services, traveling frequently to meet customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Experience building local growth strategies and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth strategy and execution for AR, LA, OK, and TX.
• Develop and manage local partnerships, affiliates, and field marketing initiatives.
• Drive pilot programs and growth experiments to identify high-performing channels.
• Track subscriber metrics, ROI, and partner productivity; report findings.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to scale growth.
