GFT seeks a Regional Sales Leader to accelerate growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand multidisciplinary capabilities across markets. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role connects client needs with GFT's breadth of expertise to pursue major opportunities.

The ideal candidate blends market intelligence with strategic development and collaborative leadership to direct growth initiatives and align teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 20+ years of progressive sales or growth leadership in professional services.
• Proven success with market growth, GTM, and geographic expansion.
• Ability to build executive-level client relationships and grow strategic accounts.
• Experience leading major pursuits: positioning, capture, teaming, proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop market assessments and growth strategies for assigned clients and geographies.
• Create and execute strategic market and client plans with leadership and managers.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with strategic clients and connect needs to capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to expand key accounts and cross-sell services.
• Lead capture strategy for major pursuits and prioritize investments.
• Mentor Client Account Managers and growth professionals.
