Job summary

TalentoHC in the United States seeks a strategic regional leader to translate vision into measurable growth across multiple markets. You’ll drive performance, oversee regional P&L, and build scalable, high-performing teams, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

You’ll shape regional strategy, expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure recruiting excellence while delivering lasting impact through disciplined financial and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in staffing, recruiting, executive search or related services with growth responsibility.
• Experience leading senior business leaders or managing directors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple markets and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define regional growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead and develop Managing Directors with clear expectations and ownership.
• Own regional P&L and oversee performance of each practice and market.
• Strengthen executive-level customer partnerships and expand strategic accounts.
• Drive forecasting discipline, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
• Oversee recruiting delivery and operational effectiveness across the region.
• Translate company strategy into regional priorities and scalable operations.
