GO Network seeks a Regional General Manager of Growth to lead agent recruiting, retention, leadership development, and marketplace expansion across Market Centers. This player-coach role requires hands-on recruiting and coaching Growth Leaders responsible for recruitment and development within each Market Center.

You will own the growth strategy for your marketplace, identify opportunities, and build the talent needed to drive results and profitability across GO Network.
