Job summary

BNI seeks a Director, Regional Development - East to guide regional growth by coaching field leaders, launching new chapters, and aligning regional activities with BNI's growth strategy. Working with Area Directors and US Core leadership, you will provide strategic guidance and operational support.

The role emphasizes dotted-line influence, high-impact coaching, performance monitoring, and talent development across regions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional or business development roles.
Experience leading high-performing teams.
Excellent speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strong understanding of performance management principles.
Self-starter with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Experience dealing with conflict and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned to BNI priorities.
Coach field leaders to grow regional pipelines and launch new chapters.
Identify regional opportunities and address performance gaps.
Ensure Launch Director engagement during first 90 days post-launch.
Support growth initiatives including market discovery meetings and strategic relationships.
Provide field coaching on execution, prioritization, and performance.
Monitor regional trends and recommend improvements.
Support development of high-performing regional teams and talent.
