Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual growth strategies to hit Membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals.
• Drive market expansion and oversee new Chapter development initiatives.
• Build a robust pipeline of Members, Chapter opportunities, and leadership talent.
• Drive Membership growth through recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and Chapter performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Regional Development to align area growth plans with objectives.
