Job summary

BNI Global is seeking an Area Director to lead revenue and Membership growth across the assigned market, driving retention and overall business performance for the region. You will lead a team of Directors and Ambassadors, fostering accountability and excellence through coaching, data-driven decision making, and growth initiatives that expand BNI's market presence.

The role requires travel, strategic planning, and the ability to build strong Chapter relationships to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business growth, sales performance, or operational results.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer retention, and performance management principles.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and business decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve Membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals.
• Drive market expansion and oversee new Chapter development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective Members, Chapter opportunities, and leadership talent.
• Drive net Membership growth through recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, Chapter performance metrics, and business reports to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Regional Development to align area growth plans with market objectives.
