Job summary

Keenfinity Group is seeking a Growth-minded Business Development Manager to build markets from scratch and drive the adoption of conference audio solutions. You will identify untapped industries, create demand, and establish partnerships with consultants, integrators, and end users.

Based near major metro airports, you will travel up to 50% as needed, shaping go-to-market strategies and influencing product expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.
• Ability to learn complex technical solutions and communicate business value.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.
• Must have goal-oriented mindset, be innovative and challenge conventional approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build markets from scratch by identifying untapped verticals and establishing presence.
• Sell complete solutions by understanding customer challenges and delivering integrated audio solutions.
• Challenge the status quo with new outreach strategies and ideas.
• Build relationships with consultants, architects, AV integrators, IT leaders, influencers, designers, and end users.
• Own your pipeline by prospecting relentlessly, generating demand, and navigating complex cycles.
