Keenfinity is seeking a Business Development Manager - Conference Systems to build markets from scratch and sell complete professional audio solutions. You will own the pipeline, develop executive-level relationships, and drive growth across new industries, including hybrid workplaces and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications or 1–3 years of equivalent sales experience.
• Effective communication skills, including negotiation, active listening, and rapport-building.
• Ability to learn complex technical solutions and communicate business value.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.
• Must have goal-oriented mindset, be innovative and challenge conventional approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build Markets from Scratch: identify untapped opportunities and open new verticals.
• Sell Complete Solutions: position integrated audio solutions to deliver business outcomes.
• Challenge the Status Quo: bring new ideas and experiment with outreach strategies.
