48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive new business, nurture relationships, and grow a regional portfolio. The role targets $3–5M in annual new business and a robust pipeline with at least $20M in growth opportunities, while representing the company at industry events.

You will travel regionally, nurture client relations, and leverage the full portfolio to meet client needs in logistics and packaging domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of regional or national sales experience.
• Experience in logistics, industrial packaging, transportation, or pallets preferred.
• Proven account management and B2B sales experience; strong CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage leads resulting in $3–5M in new business annually.
• Maintain a pipeline with at least $20M in growth opportunities.
• Build and sustain local customer relationships.
• Represent 48forty at trade shows and events.
• Travel within region daily to close and cultivate opportunities.
