Qualifications

• University degree and 15+ years of leadership experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction and MRO distribution.
• Strong financial acumen and track record of managing budgets and P&L.

• Cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, IT.
