Job summary

Rexel USA in Rockville, MD seeks a Branch Manager to lead and coach a sales and operations team. You will drive profitability, manage budgets, and ensure safe, efficient branch operations while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related roles and 2+ years of leadership, with a focus on inventory, P&L, and team development. This is a hands-on role with delivery responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations, or B2B distribution
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred
• Valid driver's license if deliveries are required
• Age 21+ and clean driving record
• Education as stated: HS required, BA preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and branch performance using digital tools
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance across the facility
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to meet growth goals
• Perform deliveries/other branch duties as needed
