Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend sales strategies to the District Manager.
• Maintain and develop sales and profit objectives with key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper schedules.
• Hire personnel in the Branch per company standards.
• Promote a positive work climate within the Branch.
• Ensure policy implementation for inventory, delivery, billing and security.
• Track inventory discrepancies and take remedial action.
