Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Mineral Wells, WV. You will lead branch operations, coach staff, and drive profitable growth while maintaining safety and excellent customer service.

The role includes budgeting, inventory control, and collaboration with sales and marketing to meet corporate goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, P&L experience, and knowledge of electrical distribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift and warehouse equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record are required when deliveries are needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leading branch performance and digital strategy.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet targets for sales, income, and asset management.
• Maintain safety standards and inventory controls across the branch.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors to drive growth and service quality.
• Coordinate with partners to support branch mission and growth goals.
• Conduct/oversee inventory control and ensure appropriate stock levels.
