Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Mineral Wells, WV. The role focuses on developing and coaching the team, ensuring profitable and safe branch operations, and implementing sales/operational strategies to drive growth.

Key duties include leading personnel, managing the branch P&L, maintaining safety standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have valid driver's license if deliveries are required.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, net income, and expense targets.
• Develop and manage inventory control and ensure safety standards.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales and marketing to support growth.
