Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a General Manager for the Dayton Components branch to lead revenue growth, operations, and financial管理. You will manage a field sales team, interact with customers and suppliers, and base in Ohio to effectively lead the market.

The role requires extensive sales leadership experience, deep knowledge of electronics distribution, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel up to regional levels may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven sales and sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years in electrical component distribution or as manufacturers' rep for components.
• 5+ years working with manufacturers' reps for electronic components or IP&E products.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor and IP&E suppliers.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and solid Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and deliver results; advise on strategy and customer plans using data analysis.
• Recruit, hire, and coach sales staff; manage performance and development plans.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors; communicate with all levels and drive access to decision makers.
• Lead the branch; manage budgeting and planning; implement data-driven process improvements.
• Liaise between the branch and corporate stakeholders such as finance, marketing, asset management and supply chain.
