Arrow Electronics is seeking a General Manager for the Dayton Branch. The role leads revenue, operations, and financials, managing a sales team and coordinating with customers and suppliers in the market.

The GM should be based in Ohio to support the market and may travel regionally. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and driving branch goals, with emphasis on leadership and relationship development across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years in electrical component distribution or manufacturers' reps.
• Strong knowledge of Semiconductor and IP&E suppliers.
• Experience leading field sales teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven budget management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and deliver results; advise Regional VP on plans.
• Direct value-added sales opportunities through supply chain/engineering strategies.
• Recruit, hire and mentor sales staff; manage performance.
• Develop customer/supplier relationships and access decision makers.
• Lead branch with budget planning and process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and vendors.
