Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Account Manager (m/w/d) in Bavaria, Germany, remote within the Bavarian region. The role focuses on developing large, assigned accounts and driving pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components, with a base salary plus bonus and company car.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years in electronics, strong client-facing solution skills, and fluency in English and German, with responsibilities including building strategic account plans and expanding market share

Qualifications

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager
At least 4 years’ experience in the Electronics industry
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Business fluency in English and German language

Responsibilities

Working within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow’s share of customer spend
Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling
Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges
Ensuring customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services
Developing strategic account plans for all assigned accounts
Maintaining an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace
