Job summary

Stord is seeking a Regional Learning Manager to design, deploy, and continuously improve training programs across fulfillment centers in the region. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and consistent skill development from associates to site leaders.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, localization of curricula, and data-driven improvement across multiple sites. Travel to Reno/Las Vegas, NV is expected as part of regional coverage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learning & development, training, or operations, with at least 2 years in a fulfillment, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs across multiple sites or shifts.
• Strong partnership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Data-literate: able to use training and performance data to make decisions and tell a story to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region (typically 40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training across all fulfillment sites in the region, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Partner with Site Leaders, Network Support Leaders, and Operations Leaders to diagnose gaps and design targeted programs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, train-the-trainer certifications, and floor-level coaching.
• Monitor completion, certification status, and skill proficiency; escalate risks as needed.
• Localize corporate curricula (safety, equipment operation, WMS/systems training) to fit sites and client processes.
• Track metrics and use data to prioritize site support and report health to leadership.
• Recruit, coach, and certify site-level trainers to build bench strength.
• Act as a change agent during new site launches and peak-season ramp-ups.
