Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks a Regional Learning Manager to design, deploy, and improve training programs across a portfolio of fulfillment centers in the region. The role bridges corporate learning strategy with warehouse-floor realities to ensure associates, leads, and site leaders operate safely and efficiently across every facility.

This role sits out of Reno or Las Vegas, NV, and requires frequent travel (40–60%).

Qualifications

4+ years in learning & development, training, or operations in a fulfillment/warehouse setting.
Proven ability to design and deliver training across multiple sites or shifts.
Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Effective facilitator for frontline associates and site leadership.
Data-literate and able to translate performance data into actions.

Responsibilities

Deliver training across fulfillment sites in the region, including onboarding for exempt and non-exempt staff, cross-training, and leadership development.
Partner with site leaders to diagnose gaps and design targeted training programs.
Conduct in-person and virtual sessions, train-the-trainer certifications, and floor coaching.
Monitor completion, certifications, and skill proficiency; flag risks early.
Lead trainer development and succession planning across facilities.
