The Regional Learning Manager will design, deploy, and continuously improve training programs across a portfolio of fulfillment centres, bridging corporate strategy with on-floor realities.

This role sits out of either Atlanta, GA or Hebron, KY and requires travel across the region. You will own onboarding, cross-training, and leadership development, collaborating with Site Leaders

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning & development or operations, with at least 2 years in fulfillment or distribution.
• Ability to design and deliver training across multiple sites or shifts.
• Strong partnership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitation skills — comfortable training frontline associates and site leadership.
• Data-literate: able to use training and performance data to tell a story to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region (typically 40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end training experience across all fulfillment sites in the region, including onboarding for exempt/non-exempt employees, cross-training, and leadership development.
• Partner with Site Leaders, Network Support Leaders, and Operations Leaders to diagnose performance gaps and design targeted training programs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, train-the-trainer certifications, and floor-level coaching.
• Monitor training completion, certification status, and skill proficiency across sites; escalate risks proactively.
• Localize and roll out corporate curricula (safety, equipment operation, WMS/systems training, quality standards) to fit site/client processes.
• Identify content gaps and build/update materials (SOPs, job aids, modules, videos) to maintain consistency across the region.
• Track metrics: time-to-proficiency, training completion rates, safety incidents, turnover/retention impact.
• Use data to prioritize sites/roles needing support.
• Report regional training health to L&D leadership and stakeholders.
• Recruit, coach, and certify site-level trainers and leads.
• Build bench strength by developing frontline leaders' training capabilities.
• Act as a change agent during new site launches, peak ramp-ups, and system rollouts.
