Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a Regional Learning Manager to design, deploy, and continually improve training across fulfillment centers in the region. This role bridges corporate strategy with the realities of the warehouse floor to ensure safety, efficiency, and consistency at each facility.

The position requires regional travel (40–60%), partnership with site leaders, and the ability to roll out safety, equipment, WMS, and process training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning & development, training, or operations.
• At least 2 years in fulfillment/warehouse environment.
• Strong partnership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong facilitation skills for frontline and leadership.
• Data-literate with ability to analyze training metrics.
• Willingness to travel region 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training across all regional sites, including onboarding.
• Partner with site leaders to diagnose gaps and design programs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training, certify trainers, coach staff.
• Monitor completion and skill proficiency across sites.
• Track metrics and report regional training health.
• Lead trainer development and site launches.
