Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks a Regional Learning Manager to design and deploy training across fulfillment centers in the region, driving safety, efficiency, and quality. This role sits out of Reno or Las Vegas, NV and requires travel 40–60% to support multiple sites.

You will diagnose performance gaps with site leaders, develop curricula, and coach trainers to ensure consistent standards and measurable improvements across all facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learning & development, training, or operations in fulfillment environments
• Ability to design and deliver training across multiple sites or shifts
• Strong partnership and communication skills with stakeholders
• Excellent facilitation skills for frontline and leadership
• Data-literate; use training data to tell a story to stakeholders
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region (40–60%)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training across all fulfillment sites in the region, including onboarding and cross-training
• Partner with Site Leaders and Operations Leaders to diagnose gaps and design targeted programs
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions and floor coaching
• Monitor training completion, certification status, and skill proficiency
• Report regional training health to L&D and operations leadership
• Recruit, coach, and certify site-level trainers and training leads
• Lead change during new site launches and peak-season rollouts
