You will assist the Community Manager with financial administration, leasing support, and staff oversight as needed, traveling between properties within your market. The role requires 1+ year in property management, strong MS Office and Onesite experience, and a dedication to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year in property management or leasing environment.
• Strong collections and accounting/bookkeeping skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post rental collections and deposits; manage delinquency and evictions when needed.
• Meet with Community Manager and Regional Manager on performance and strategy.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and adjust pricing as needed.
• Maintain resident lease files and generate reports.
• Process notices to vacate and assist with administrative tasks.
• Field resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with leadership.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain regular attendance.
