Job summary

Bulk Environmental is seeking a Regional Maintenance Fleet Manager to lead the operation and cost-efficient management of the company’s vehicle fleet across the region. This role ensures compliance, safety, and optimal fleet utilization in multiple locations.

You will drive preventive maintenance, budgeting, and vendor negotiations, mentor technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve uptime and reduce environmental impact while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience in a similar role will be considered.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in fleet management or a comparable operational leadership role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet management software.
Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data related to fleet operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the regional vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs to ensure maximum uptime and safety.
Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor fleet performance metrics and prepare regular reports on operating costs, utilization, and compliance for senior leadership.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to negotiate contracts and optimize fleet-related expenses.
Lead, coach, and develop fleet technicians and shop personnel while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
