Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the regional vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs to ensure uptime and safety.
Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor fleet performance metrics and prepare reports on costs, utilization, and compliance for leadership.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to negotiate contracts and optimize expenses.
Lead and develop fleet technicians and shop personnel with a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
