Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling seeks a Region Vehicle Maintenance Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple locations, driving safety, quality, and productivity in fleet maintenance. You will guide Maintenance Managers, oversee budgeted payroll, DOT compliance, and inventory across the region, while coaching teams to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities include audits of preventive maintenance, ensuring regulatory standards, and aligning operations with company policy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience managing multiple locations.
• CDL preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and SAP; Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Maintenance Managers across multiple locations.
• Oversee budgeted payroll, DOT hour compliance, attendance and leave.
• Lead quarterly audits of maintenance, road calls, and inventory.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Drive fleet performance and maintenance metrics.
