Job summary

JobSquad Staffing Solutions is seeking a Regional Maintenance Fleet Manager to oversee the operation of our vehicle fleet across multiple locations within the assigned region. You will drive cost efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high safety and uptime standards.

You will lead preventive maintenance programs, replacement strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize fleet utilization while reducing environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years leading fleet management or operations teams.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
• Experience with budgets and cost analysis.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with multi-state regional fleets.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily regional fleet operations for uptime and safety.
• Develop and implement compliant fleet policies and procedures.
• Monitor costs, utilization, and compliance; report to leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors to optimize expenses and contracts.
• Lead fleet technicians and promote safety culture.
• Plan preventive maintenance and vehicle replacement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety and sustainability.
