Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Region Vehicle Maintenance Manager to provide strategic oversight of fleet and container maintenance across multiple locations. You will lead Maintenance Managers, drive safety-focused performance, and manage end-to-end inventory and budgeted costs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent planning, and the ability to coordinate cross-location teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience managing multiple locations.
• CDL preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Maintenance Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence through audits of preventive maintenance and parts inventory.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory standards are met across sites.
• Own maintenance financial performance and manage budgeted costs.
• Maintain fleet DOT compliance and oversee garage operations.
