Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate billing for routine and non-routine projects per contract and controls.
• Maintain billing schedules, draft invoices, and ensure client backups are complete.
• Process collections efforts and note activity for follow-up and escalation.
• Assist with project setup, registrations, budget tracking, and change orders.
• Maintain electronic financial files and ensure QA adherence; follow safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
