Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2 years related experience, or 4 years without a degree.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely billing for routine and non-routine projects per contracts and deadlines.
• Maintain project registrations, budgets, and electronic financial files.
• Collaborate with PMs and Regional Finance to resolve AR issues and ensure timely payments.
• Process procurements, onboarding of suppliers, and review non-PO invoices.
