Terracon in the United States is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee planning, invoicing, WIP management, revenue recognition, and collections across multiple projects.

You will partner with Corporate Accounting and Operational Finance to ensure compliant invoicing practices, timely client billings, and accurate financial reporting, while hiring and mentoring accounting professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting or finance experience; 12 years if no degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with AR/AP, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and management of project registrations, invoicing, WIP, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting and Operational Finance to ensure compliance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage performance of accounting staff.
• Analyze contracts for billing and revenue implications.
• Review aged WIP and AR to guide strategic decisions.
