Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support customers in utilization of acute urology products and clinical services. The ATM will travel extensively within the assigned region to provide in-servicing, product demonstrations, and account support to drive revenue and develop new opportunities.

This developmental role targets strong clinical experience, selling skills, and progression toward a Territory Manager position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 0 to 2 years of general sales experience.
Must be able to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
Valid driver’s license with driving record satisfactory to the Company.
Criminal background satisfactory to BD.
Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination per Company policy/guidelines.

Responsibilities

Support Regional Manager to drive sales revenue by covering accounts, conducting product in-servicing, product assessments, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with field sales, logistics, timing, strategy, and execution of customer evaluations.
Perform product demonstrations, customer education and in-servicing as required.
Develop and maintain excellence in clinical knowledge within relevant disease states and territory management.
Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences as required.
Complete administrative duties on time (call reports, monthly results, expense reports).
Takes a proactive approach with Vendor Credentialing when planning customer facing travel.
