Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations across the region. You will perform installs, relocations and preventive maintenance on POS, vending and communications equipment, while delivering strong customer service and on-site training.

You’ll troubleshoot network and hardware issues, document service calls, and coordinate with the Data Center to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Exceptional customer satisfaction skills.
• Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation and relocation of company equipment at lottery retailer locations.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot communications and hardware across retail locations; document service calls and report issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
