Sitemetric seeks a Regional Leader, Field Tech to own end-to-end deployment management for customers within a defined region. The role blends project management, technical leadership, and customer engagement to ensure every deployment delivers maximum value.

You’ll lead field technicians, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into tailored configurations while maintaining on-time delivery and strong relationships with executives and IT staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field services, project management, or deployment leadership.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems or IoT platforms.
• Experience leading complex deployments across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with C-level to field operators.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach field technicians and project managers across a defined geographic area.
• Conduct performance reviews and skills development sessions.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure consistent service delivery standards.
• Foster a high-performing, customer-obsessed culture with ownership and responsiveness.
• Support recruitment and onboarding in partnership with HR.
• Lead deployment projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Develop expertise in Sitemetric’s platform and partner technologies.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored configurations.
• Act as primary post-sales contact during deployment for stakeholders.
• Inspect site readiness and conduct audits to ensure operation within specs.
• Deliver training sessions and maintain knowledge base.
