Job summary

SITEMETRIC LLC in Livermore, CA is seeking a Regional Leader, Field Tech to own end-to-end technology deployments for customers in a defined region.

You will lead a team of field technicians, blend project management with technical expertise, and collaborate with sales, customer success, and site logistics to deliver maximum value.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field services, project management, or technical deployment leadership in a SaaS, IoT, or enterprise technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage and coach a team of field technicians and project managers across a defined geographic area.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and skills development sessions.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure consistent service delivery standards.
• Foster a high-performing, customer-obsessed culture that prioritizes ownership and responsiveness.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members in partnership with HR.
• Lead a team of field techs supporting customer projects, leading the full deployment process from kickoff through go-live.
• Ensure deployments are delivered on schedule, within scope, and exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to keep projects moving seamlessly.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of Sitemetric’s platform as well as partner equipment and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices to customers and internal teams.
