Job summary

Interface Systems in the United States is seeking a Director of Regional Operations to oversee field operations, installing, servicing, project management and inspections within a designated region. This role supports a hybrid schedule and requires leadership across admin/operations teams.

The ideal candidate will manage installation/service personnel, ensure quality and profitability, mentor staff, and collaborate with PMO, sales, procurement and fleet management across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; College education preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• 5+ years' experience managing technical field operations personnel.
• Understanding of profit/loss statements and how team performance affects them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service requests, inspections and installations, ensuring timely, professional delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support sales by providing site surveys and assisting in system proposals to quote accurate hours and equipment.
• Ensure installation and service quality standards are met and project profitability is maintained.
• Recruit, hire and train installation and service personnel; mentor direct reports.
• Coordinate with PMO, Service Dispatch, and procurement to ensure seamless installations and service delivery.
