Job summary

Mutualink, Inc. is seeking a Director of Deployment, Field Communication to own the end-to-end post-sale deployment lifecycle for Field Communication products across public-safety, federal, and critical infrastructure customers.

This customer-facing leadership role translates contracts into on-time, on-spec deployments, driving value and renewal potential. You will collaborate across Customer Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, serving as the primary owner from handoff to acceptance while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing delivery, professional services, or deployment leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex deployments in public-safety or federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of LMR, LTE/5G, IP-based communications and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle for Field Communication products from handoff to acceptance.
• Lead deployment planning, kickoff, status and acceptance meetings with customers.
• Develop and refine repeatable deployment playbooks for multi-site fleets.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure on-time, on-spec deployment and renewals.
